Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Received the items within 16 days. Quality is good for the price. Worked on my different suitcases but basically it depends how long is the handle of the suitcase or how big is the carry on bag you will put on top of your suitcase in order for you to use the strap. In my blue suitcase i have to work the strap around to reach the handle. Nevertheless the strap is really useful, just have to plan accordingly the size of bags that you are going to use.
